When does your mowing season start and finish?
Our mowing season starts from February/March (or your specific start date) and runs through to the end of November
What and where do you strim?
What does ‘strimming to edges’ mean: Our standard service is – We strim to edges and will remove any obstacles we need to so we can do this and will replace them. This is not ‘edging your lawn’. Should you wish to enquire about ‘edging’ please call our contact number for further information.
Can I book a specific time?
We do not book specific times. We will arrange a day for your service and it will be carried out on that day between the times of 8am and 6pm. However, if you do want to ask us about a specific time then please do contact us and we will always try to accommodate.
What happens if I forget to keep access clear for my agreed mowing day?
Please note that if we are unable to gain access on the arranged day then the cost of our service remains chargeable in full. If we can only access the front lawn then the front will be done and a card will be posted through your door with the date and time we attempted access.
Do I need to be in for you to carry out your service?
We do not need you to be in to carry out our service. We just need access to your lawn(s).
I have a code or padlock on my gate, how would this work?
We can hold a key for access in a private and secure location on our premises if required (We can also hold a code for access only known by our team)
How and when will I be invoiced?
We will invoice you at the end of each month. Our payment terms are 14 days from receipt of invoice.
What equipment do you use?
We use the best equipment in the business. Our Honda 536QXE Pro roller mowers ensure the best finish and the stripes you want to see!
I wish to cancel the service, what do I need to do?
Should you wish to cancel our service, we require one month’s notice.
